Soft, milky mozzarella is hand-wrapped in thin slices of imported prosciutto, warmed until the cheese is just on the verge of melting, and finished with cracked black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Each bite gives you salty, savoury prosciutto outside and pillowy mozzarella inside — it is the Italian antipasto experience distilled into one dish.
